AXIOMTREE Lite is a simplified version of what AXIOMTREE really is, it helps you visualize Clusters (groups) of people based on a specific "Category" and "Sub-Category" and analyze their OCEAN scores.
What is an OCEAN score?
A cluster’s OCEAN score is a measurement of the five domains of personality: Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism (often inversely referred to as Emotional Stability). These five domains are understood to define the way in which one thinks, feels, and behave regardless of gender, age or culture, and are empirically proven to remain relatively constant throughout an individual’s life.
High Openness: characterized by being open-minded, imaginative, curious, dislike routine, prefer exciting and novel experiences.
Low Openness: characterized by being conservative, frank, logical, prefer traditions and dislike abstract thinking.
High Conscientiousness: characterized by being organized, efficient, are self-disciplined and perfectionists in their work.
Low Conscientiousness: characterized by their impulsivity, carelessness, often appear disorganized and unreliable, disliking demanding schedules and planning ahead.
High Extraversion: characterized by being energetic, active, sociable, and thrive on the company of others.
Low Extraversion: characterized by being reflective, introverted and shy, have a preference for solitary activities, often feeling drained by being surrounded by people.
High Agreeableness: characterized by their generosity, reliable and empathetic nature, are often times first to offer a helping hand, yet can be seen as naive.
Low Agreeableness: characterized by being individualistic, stubborn, have the tendency of being argumentative, competitive, yet self-reliant, as they do not depend on the opinion of others.
High Neuroticism: characterized by nervousness, anxiousness and being prone to worry, with a tendency to dislike unknowns.
Low Neuroticism: characterized by emotional stability, general optimism and rarely worry, unaffected by an otherwise stress-inducing situation.

It is important to often engage their interest with new intellectual information that encourages cognitive stimulation and make them think outside of the box.
